Book in for a Neck and Shoulder massage & receive a FREE facial massage Take an hour to rest and release tension and let those knots melt away with our soothing oil neck and shoulder massage then to follow A facial treatment which will be tailored and individually created for you, beginning with a facial cleanse, a therapeutic essential oil face massage finished with a moisture massage revitalising the skin and leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Products used will be Neils Yard Organic or Doterra Products Improving the complexion of your skin tone leaving a healthy glow & younger look to the face whilst relaxing the mind, body and soul. Cancellation Policy

Because Tranquility Massage is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call us on 07765532514. If we don’t answer, leave your information on our voicemail. We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time (24 hrs). We kindly request the courtesy of giving us the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling: • More than 24 hours notice, service will be cancelled at no charge. • Less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service price will be charged. • Failure to show without notice or not at location within 15 minutes (mobile/out-call), 100% of service price will be charged. Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees. Sorry, cancellations made via email are not accepted.
