Cancellation Policy

Because Tranquility Massage is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment or if you need to call us on 07765532514. If we don’t answer, leave your information on our voicemail. We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time (24 hrs).

 

We kindly request the courtesy of giving us the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling: More than 24 hours' notice, service will be cancelled at no charge.

 

Less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the service price will be charged.

 

Failure to show up without notice or not at the location within 15 minutes (mobile/out-call), 100% of the service price will be charged.

 

Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees. Sorry, cancellations made via email are not accepted.
