Your self care begins with a soothing massage to release tension and ease your body in to relaxation, followed by a reiki treatment, balancing your energy and restoring inner peace.

Our Combined Massage and Reiki Therapy seamlessly integrates the therapeutic touch of massage with the subtle energy work of Reiki. This dual approach not only alleviates physical tension and pain but also promotes emotional and spiritual well-being. Each stroke is purposeful, designed to melt away physical discomfort and restore balance to your body's natural flow of energy.

A consultation at the start of your pamper will provide the opportunity to discuss your requirements and how we can tailor the treatment to yourself

After your treatments, you can remain in your bubble of calm and continue your relaxation in the snug, and if you wish take a little nap with a heated aromatherapy eye mask, sink in to the comfy sofa, and snuggle under a blanket by the fire.

Soothe your mind, body and soul with our wooden foot baths using aromatherapy oils and epsom salts, with the healing vibrations of our sound bowls to restore balance and tranquility. 

​

Fresh cool water, herbal teas and fresh fruit will be provided during your time in the snug.
