Prior to arrival - 

​

I will ask you to complete a short Covid-19 Health Questionnaire to confirm that you are medically fit to receive a massage treatment in line with the Governments Covid-19 guidelines. 

​

On arrival - 

​

Please wait at the double green gates to the left side of the building of 59 Landford Way, Bournemouth, BH8 0NY and I shall collect you at the time of your appointment and show you through from the garden to the treatment room.

​

Therefore, please ensure you are on time for your appointment (if you are early please kindly wait and I will be with you at the time of your appointment).

 

Hand sanitisation - 

​

Please wash your hands before arrival and before you leave the treatment room, hand Sanitiser will be provided, and I request sanitising prior to entering the treatment room and leaving the treatment room (I shall be washing my hands and sanitising before and after your treatment)

 

Face coverings - 

​

I will be wearing a or mask throughout the appointment, I would also ask you wear a mask to your appointment and during your treatment unless you are face down on the massage couch or during your facial treatments where it is not possible.

 

Towels - 

​

I have plenty of fluffy towels in stock to ensure each appointment will have fresh, clean and sanitised towels

​

Toilet facilities - 

 

There will be toilet facilities as there was before, with a choice of Neils Yard Organic Hand Wash or protecting On Guard Foam Hand Wash and a disposable hand towel for your use.

​

Cleaning of the Treatment room - 

​

I will be ensuring a deep clean of all touch points, including a steam clean of soft furnishings and the floor of the treatment room and toilet facilities are carried out before and after every appointment and there will never be overlapping appointments.

​

Drinks - 

​

I am now offering water again in our lovely bamboo cups. If you prefer to bring your own water this is fine too. 

 

Payments -

​

Card payments preferred either by card machine, or I can send a link to you for the card machine prior to your appointment – alternatively cash will be accepted but please bring the correct amount.

 

Please bring only essential items with you into the treatment room.

 

My priority is for safety and to ensure you feel comfortable throughout your treatment and the treatment you receive at Tranquility will be the same as before.
